The flu finally hit me. Well, it' hit me more like Sunday Night/Monday Morning. I can't help but remember how much it sucks. All I want to do is sleep all damned day. Feeling like I'm just not getting enough rest.
UGH!!!!!!!!
Doesn't feel like there's enough Nyquil in the world, right now. Had to hit me late in the season, as well. I normally get sick a lot sooner then this.
If I continue to get plenty of bed rest, this hopefully will go away soon. Lots of bed rest and plenty of fluids.....right? Glad I can't afford to drink beer as I wouldn't be able to enjoy it anyway.
I should just hit the sack and try to rest. Time to try and get more sleep.

tax season
It's that time, yet again. For many of us, it's time to get an early start on filing taxes.
Well, I normally have mine mailed off by now. I still have one more tax form to wait for before I can get started on mine. I think my brother still needs a tax document proving he had insurance for part of the year (after he lost his job & prior insurance). I think he still has one more tax document to wait for.
I'm seriously hoping we get that soon. Taxes this year are going to be a major pain in the ass, due to having multiple income sources. Since this is out of my league, we'll both need a tax pro to help us out.
I'm not looking forward to paying for the work to be done, but it'll be worthwhile in the long run. If it helps me to get a refund, that'll be great. If I can get it faster, even better.
Not sure if my brother will even see a refund, this year. This is mostly because he had to cash in on an 401(k) plan. That's going to hurt. Hopefully, if he does owe anything, it won't be much. He was smart enough to have more money taken out for taxes, when cashing in on his 401(k). Perhaps that'll make a difference on how bad his tax bill is.
Guess this is what happens when you try to earn money by scrapping and running booth space at a store. I'm wondering of my brother's business expenses will be enough to keep his tax bill down.
Meh.....any wonder why I need a tax pro to help out. I'm way over my head on this. If things go right, I can start within the next week or so on the taxes. I'm hoping, anyway. Sooner I can get things done, the better off I am. I could always use a refund. Anything to help get caught up on bills.
